How to resize an image online

  1. Add one or more photos, then enter a width or height in pixels. Leave the other field empty to keep the original proportions.
  2. For a fixed box, enter both dimensions: Fit stays within it, Fill center-crops, Pad keeps the box with margins, and Stretch changes proportions.
  3. Choose JPG, PNG or WebP and click Process. Download individual images or the whole batch as ZIP.

Use PNG or WebP to retain transparency. Fill crops from the center and does not offer a movable selection. Increasing dimensions does not recover missing detail.

Is this online image resizer free?

What is the difference between Fit, Fill, and Pad?

Fit scales the image to fit inside the box (may change canvas size). Fill covers the box and center-crops overflow. Pad fits the image inside a fixed canvas and fills empty areas with a background color.

What is the difference between image size and file size?

Pixel dimensions describe width and height. File size is the number of bytes stored on disk, usually shown in KB or MB. Compression reduces bytes; resizing changes dimensions. Both can help meet an upload limit.

Will increasing resolution make my photo sharper?

This resizer can increase pixel dimensions using browser interpolation, but it cannot restore missing details or unblur a photo. It is not an AI photo enhancer. For best results, start with the highest-quality original available.

Do you upload my images?

No. All conversion, compression, and resizing happens in your browser using Canvas and ImageBitmap. Image bytes never leave your device.

Can I process multiple files?
